We had Adlee (Mark's sister's daughter) over today and we had a blast. Evelyn was so happy to play with her.

Evelyn can be intense with the love, but Adlee was pretty tolerant and when Evelyn did give her some breathing room she would start calling, "Even, Even?" and the fun would start again.
Mark was worried that all my bonding time with Adlee would dethrone him as "the favorite" so he shamelessly bought her continued devotion with Chicken McNuggets, cut into bite sized pieces. I think this is also his strategy with the rest of the children. Whatever it is, it's working.
Everyone had a nap or a video and got up with some bed head. Adlee was an absolute delight and I hope we get to have her over again soon.

That is a fantastic camera! I'm loving those pictures! Maybe now to save up for one of those...
Look at your second picture, someone could so easily think that one of your little kid pictures was photo shopped in Evelyn's place. She looks so much like you, particularly in that picture. Miss Adlee is quite the doll. Looks like everyone had a fun time!
